Indiana Jones gets supermarket promotional partners

Dr. Pepper is working with a handful of grocery store chains as part of its promotion for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

The soft-drink brand has lined up separate deals at Supervalu, Kroger and Safeway stores, with games, promotions and more at each store. All three are, at least in part, tied back to the “Passport to Explore” sweepstakes Dr. Pepper is running.

They also have another common element, that of in some way shape or form awarding movie tickets, usually as an incentive to buy a certain dollar amount of Dr. Pepper products.
