Via Newsarama comes this promotional poster for a preview of Iron Man being held at the famous Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX.
True fan enthusiasm, or displeasure, can, these days, be calculated pretty accurately by the quantity and quality of the original content that’s created and shared online. So this kind of thing, obviously created by someone who likes the Iron Man character and who has some true artistic talent, is a great example of the kind of enthusiasm Paramount has going for it as it approaches the release of this movie.
I especially love the title treatment at the top, turning Iron Man’s name into a movie theater or other building display.
Yeah, it might not be completely on-brand and doesn’t quite show the armor as it appears in the movie, but that’s OK. What we’re looking for here is excitement, which this poster has in spades.
