Space Chimps trailer and official website

20th Century Fox has launched the official website for what appears to be a nice little animated feature Space Chimps. The story isn’t so much worth going into (something about the grandson of the original space monkey and a mission too dangerous for people to go on), but the trailer that’s on the site makes it look kind of funny, if a bit derivative.

There’s a lot of content hinted at being on the site but so far a lot of it is either still to come or loads really, really slowly. But most of it looks like it’s going to be targeted at the younger crowd and involve a lot of interactive game elements.
