New Get Smart trailer

getsmartposter.jpgThis new trailer for Warner Bros.’ Get Smart big screen adaptation doesn’t differ all that substantively from the last one that was released. There’s a bit that’s different but it’s more in the pacing than in the actual footage that’s shown.

The one thing this does a bit more is show Anne Hathaway’s introduction as Agent 99 to Steve Carell’s Maxwell Smart. She gets a little increased screen time but most of the beats are the same and there’s nothing that’s spoilerish or anything.

The good news is that it’s not a step backwards from that second trailer. The bad news is it really doesn’t push the campaign forward that much. But I’ll focus on the positive.
