Will Ferrell appears in SI Swimsuit Issue for Semi-Pro

As part of the Semi-Pro publicity push, readers of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue will see Will Ferrell in character as Jackie Moon cavorting with a swimsuit-clad Heidi Klum.

Yeah, I know.

It makes sense when you think that New Line is trying to turn this into a “guy’s” comedy and figure this is a good way to get the brand name in front of that audience.

This, of course, isn’t the first time Ferrell has appeared in character in a magazine spread alongside a scantily clad woman. He did a similar shoot for Maxim as part of the campaign for Talladega Nights, appearing there with co-star Amy Adams.
