Super Bowl XLII: Wanted commercial

Here’s the Super Bowl TV spot for Universal Pictures’ , starring Angelina Jolie, Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy. It’s a good spot that, while not a whole lot different than the previously released trailer is still pretty cool to watch. And I’m sorry but this whole “curve the bullet” idea is just wicked cool to me, speaking of a sort of mysticism to this cadre of assassins that is a lot deeper than just shooting people.

It also contains a lot of Angelina Jolie, specifically a lot of her bending her body in lots of interesting and occasionally partly naked ways, which is probably going to be a big hit with the guys watching.

The movie also got a plug as a presenting sponsor of part of the early first quarter, though surprisingly well before the spot aired. That spot is also now on the movie’s official website.
