Movie posters made from actual script dialoge
Bill points to LA Pop Art, a small shop that uses micrography, or the creation of an image out of text, to create artwork, including recreations of famous movie posters. On their site you can see how they’ve taken script dialogue from movies like The Godfather, Scarface, Reservoir Dogs and Rocky to recreate those movie’s one-sheets.
It’s kind of cool – sort of like those posters of Darth Vader and other things that were made from small pictures from Star Wars. They’re certainly conversation pieces. The Scarface posters, of course, would be a great addition to the gaming room of any rap star about to appear on MTV Cribs.
