Expanded Brandweek piece on new media usage
If you read this piece by me at Brandweek titled “New Media Gets Reel” you’ll probably get a slight twinge of nostalgia. That’s because it’s similar to the “Using Social Media in Your Branding Efforts” column from just a couple days ago.
The short version is that I wrote “Using Social Media…” first and submitted that to my editors at BW. Then someone else there asked me to expand it a bit for use in the print magazine’s Top of Mind section. So as I was in the process of doing that the original one ran.
Just wanted to clear that up for anyone who might think I’m just repeating myself or something.
