Meet the Spartans poster
I’m not sure how this poster for Meet the Spartans could suck more. The movie is another one of those “let’s take a couple characters and weave them in and out of lame ass parodies of some recent blockbuster movies” types, much like Epic Movie was last year or whenever that was.
Just like the poster for that movie this one telegraphs all the jokes right here on the poster. There are hot women and nerdy looking guys and a bunch of “funny” looking versions of characters from Transformers, 300, Ghost Rider and a couple other movies.
As Gus says, the best thing about the poster is that it’s completely clear about telling the audience why they shouldn’t see the movie.
