4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days trailer
This is the first time I’ve seen the trailer for 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days but have heard tremendous things about the movie from just about everyone that’s seen the who thing. The movie is about a young woman and the people around her just before the fall of Communism in Romania as she prepares to have an abortion, something that was illegal in the country. So she and others involved must make preparations in secret and move about carefully or risk being sent to prison for life.
This trailer sells the movie as very much a dramatic thriller as opposed to just a drama and the tension is palpable in the spot. Cuts to black are well timed to heighten that tension and the acting looks magnificent from the trailer.
