The Princess trailer
You really need to read the plot description for The Princess, a new manga-style animated feature that James over at JoBlo has. No, you really need to read it. Then you can surf over the movie’s official site and watch the trailer, which is quite cool and, while it’s not all that clear about the actual plot, does give you a good glimpse of the story’s basic elements.
The animation looks great and I like that there is also live-action footage mixed in to differentiate some of the different aspects of the story. And the trailer builds at a nice pace that doesn’t slow down until the very end. There are also just some great visual gags that are at the same time extremely funny and downright painful to watch.
