Atonement character posters
ComingSoon has pictures of three new character posters for the Kiera Knightly-starring period drama Atonement. There’s one (shown below) that features Knightly, one with the young girl from the movie and one with co-star James McAvoy. You can view all three over at CS and see how Knightly’s begins the sentence “You can…only imagine…the truth” that’s then continued on the other posters. Nice effort, and a bit surprising for a movie like this. Almost seems to me like it’s a move by Focus Features to start the Oscar buzz for one or more of the cast by singling them out in the marketing like this.
