Elizabeth: The Golden Age poster

I really like this new poster for Elizabeth: The Golden Age. It looks and feels very much like a book cover and shows star Cate Blachett in all her queenly regality. I also like how the lettering at the bottom is like it’s been cut out of the black to expose the picture below it. If you look between the letters of the title treatment you’ll see how it continues the image from the top. A nice effort that I think will look nice in theater lobbies. [via MPA]
