Fuel Industries has created on online game for the DVD release of Crank. In the game you drive around a city trying to reach the adrenaline rushes you need to keep your heart beating. If you don’t your heart stops and you lose. It’s a lot of fun, an opinion I maintain despite the fact that I lost all three times I tried. You can watch the trailer for the game below.
