Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest official website
Disney has given a kick in the pants to the official website for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. The site has a lot in common in terms of functionality with the one created for The Chronicles of Narnia. Both feature maps and scenes that you click through to go to other places. And both have treasure scattered about for you to click on to gain access to buddy icons and other digital goodies.
PotC 2 got a major plug in this past Sunday’s Chicago Tribune along with fellow Disney production Cars. An insert came in the paper that, unfolded once, was a poster for Cars but when unfolded again turned into a long poster for PotC: DMC. It was basically just headshots of the three primary stars and was perfect for putting up on a wall.
