Lonesome Jim trailer
The trailer for Steve Buscemi’s Lonesome Jim is pretty good. Casey Affleck plays an unfocused young man who returns to his hometown and tries to fit back in with his family. It works out about as well as it ever does in movies like this but it helps to have Liv Tyler along. She plays the former friend or sweetheart who is now a single mom and the two start something up. (As an aside let’s take a moment to realize Liv Tyler is now I believe the first woman to make out on-screen with both Affleck brothers.) The trailer shows a mix of comedy and pathos and looks to be pretty good.
