Dave Chappelle’s Block Party trailer
I’m exhausted from just watching this trailer. I mean seriously exhausted. I may need to take off unexpectedly to South Africa just to recover and then come back and not do much of any work. That’s how exhausted I am.
Seriously, the trailer for Dave Chappelle’s Block Party doesn’t seem to rely on much more than the popularity of its star/host. We see Chappelle inviting a bunch of people - including some square white folks which is just hilarious - to his “block party.” What that turns out to be is a make-shift concert of some of Chappelle’s favorite bands with a little bit of comedy thrown in for good measure. If you’re not already a fan of the Chappelle then you likely won’t be swayed by the trailer.
